At American Express, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent any processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original American Express payment method within 7-10 business days.
